New Products on The Way

Recently, I’ve been working on new items for the shop — trucker hats, tie-dye shirts, and even more stickers. The hardest part, of course, is designing them. Hats are easy to work on, but my challenge is figuring out how to make the perfect hat for a specific, special occasion.

Trucker hats are very laid-back and can be worn on days when you just want to chill. Keeping that in mind, I ask myself — what kind of graphic and color scheme can give the hat life?

When we put something on, it’s not just to cover up; it’s to share a message with the world about who we are. Hats are the epitome of that idea — a small piece of fabric that says a lot without saying a word.

What is Pixel Punks?
That’s a great question. Pixel Punks is a space where I can practice, explore, and create products that we can all enjoy.

Now, who are we? I’d say we’re a lot alike — young adults, creatives, and people who simply enjoy cool stuff.

As a kid, I watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I was fascinated by how Willy Wonka loved candy so much that he started inventing his own. His passion drove him to keep learning and experimenting, creating candy that pushed imagination to its limits.

We don’t love every candy — just the ones that speak to our taste. Wonka understood that, so he created treats that were unforgettable — like gum that changed flavor and never lost its taste. Even though he’s a fictional character, he represents the true spirit of an inventor and entrepreneur — someone who redefines what’s possible through creativity and passion.

Here we are today at Pixel Punks — creating garments and all sorts of knick-knacks inspired by my day-to-day life. I’m currently running this shop out of my studio apartment, but honestly, there’s nothing else I’d rather be doing.
